1. Before starting the machine, check whether the connecting bolts of the equipment are tightened, whether the tightness of the driving belt is appropriate, and whether the power cord is in good condition;

2. Check the damage of the aperture sieve. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotates flexibly, with or without card, touch and friction;

3. The operator must stand on the side of the equipment when operating the cable granulator machine to prevent flying objects from attacking people;

4. When starting the cable granulator machine, let the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes, check whether the rotation of the rotor is correct, and whether the sound is normal;

5. After the dry cable granulator machine works for 300 hours, the oil should be changed, and the belt should be removed if it is stopped for a long time;

6. The cable granulator machine must pay attention to the uniform feeding when working, so as not to block the boring car, and do not overload the work for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature is too high, and the sprayed material is outward, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the work can be continued after troubleshooting;

7. After finishing the work every day, do not turn off the machine immediately, let the equipment idle for 2-3 minutes, and let the materials in the shredding cavity of the equipment be completely removed before shutting down.
