Durable
The key components of the electrostatic separator are made of 316L stainless steel, with a yield strength of 205MPa and a tensile strength of over 485MPa. The outer shell is made of thickened carbon steel, the surface is hot-dip galvanized, the galvanized layer is 80μm thick, and the wear resistance coefficient is 3 times higher than that of ordinary carbon steel. Under normal working conditions, the life of the core components is 15 years.
Efficient Separation
The electrostatic separator achieves efficient separation by optimizing electric field technology. The electric field strength is adjusted to 5000-8000V/m. The material particles are affected by the electric field force, and the separation speed is about 40% faster than that of traditional separators, and the hourly processing capacity is increased from 10 tons to about 14 tons.
