How To Determine If A Shredder Machine Installation Is Qualified

1. Basic accuracy qualified: The machine body's horizontal and longitudinal levelness ≤ 0.2/1000, the parallelism of the dual-shaft cutter shaft ≤ 0.2/1000, the coaxiality of the main shaft and reducer ≤ 0.1mm, all fastening bolts with anti-loosening devices are secure, and there is no risk of equipment displacement.

2. Component condition qualified: The cutter shaft rotates flexibly without jamming when manually rotated, the gap between the moving and fixed cutters is evenly matched, there is no oil leakage at any seal, the bearings are properly lubricated, and all rotating parts have complete protective covers.

3. Trial run qualified: No abnormal noises during 2-4 hours of continuous no-load operation, the maximum bearing temperature does not exceed 75℃, and the machine runs smoothly for 8 hours with material, producing uniform particle size without material blockage or severe vibration.

4. Electrical safety qualified: The motor wiring is correct with no reverse rotation, the insulation resistance meets the standard, the grounding is reliable, the overload protection device triggers normally, and there is sufficient space for operation and maintenance.
