The copper recycling machine is used to recycle scrap copper wire/cable with a diameter less than 25mm, and it is particularly suitable for single wires with a diameter of 0.2-0.5mm. These wires include automotive wires, communication cables, and various other miscellaneous wires and cables.
The copper wire/cable is crushed by the crusher, after which the plastic and copper particles are separated using vibration and airflow. They exit through different outlets, while dust is collected by the dust collector. The copper and plastic particles undergo a secondary separation using a small vibrator. The recovery rate can reach 99%.

Maintenance of copper recycling machine
Proper machine selection and service life depend on correct usage and timely maintenance. The bearings use high-temperature complex lithium-based grease, known for its high temperature resistance, good impact resistance, and long service life. Users should regularly inject grease based on actual usage. When the shredder blade dulls, remove it, sharpen it with a sharpener, and adjust the distance between the fixed blade and rotating blade to 0.15mm-0.25mm. Replace bearing grease every 300 hours of operation, and replenish chain grease every 15,000 hours of operation.
