1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning equipment: Clean the residues of the crushing chamber, barrel, screw and other parts before starting the machine every day.
Check lubrication: Regularly check the lubrication parts, such as bearings, gears, etc., to ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient and clean.
Check the motor and transmission parts: Check the motor, coupling, belt, etc. for looseness or damage every day, and clean the motor heat dissipation holes in time.
Monitor the operating status: Pay attention to whether the current, temperature, noise, etc. during the operation of the equipment are abnormal. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
2. Periodic maintenance
Regularly replace the lubricating oil: The lubricating oil needs to be replaced after the new equipment has been running for 50 hours, and then it should be replaced regularly according to the usage.
Clean key parts: Regularly clean the screw, barrel, screen and other parts to prevent material residue from causing blockage or damage.
Check the wearing parts: Regularly check the wear of wearing parts such as knives, screens, bearings, etc., and replace them in time if necessary.
Equipment comprehensive inspection: Every 600 hours of operation, the equipment is comprehensively inspected, including the feeding system, transmission system, heating system, etc.
3. Long-term maintenance
Rust and anti-fouling: When the machine is shut down for a long time, the equipment is treated with rust and anti-fouling, and the feed hopper is closed to prevent debris from entering.
Cooling system maintenance: Regularly clean the cooling water interface and cooling system to prevent scale from affecting the cooling effect.
Electrical system inspection: Clean the electrical control cabinet every month to prevent dust accumulation and short circuit.
4. Maintenance cycle
Daily inspection: Clean and inspect the equipment before starting the machine every day.
Short-term maintenance: Check the lubrication system and transmission parts every week.
Medium-term maintenance: Clean the equipment and check the wearing parts every month.
Long-term maintenance: Perform a comprehensive overhaul every 600 hours or every quarter.
5. Precautions
It is forbidden to use hard tools for cleaning: When cleaning the screw and barrel, only copper knives or bamboo knives can be used to avoid damage to the equipment.
Avoid equipment idling: The screw idling time should not exceed 2-3 minutes to avoid damage to the equipment.
Regularly train operators: Ensure that operators are familiar with the maintenance requirements and operating procedures of the equipment.
