【Selection and Maintenance Recommendations】

2. Regularly (every shift) check the wear of the screens and blades, and replace them promptly to maintain production capacity and sorting purity.

3. Keep the air separation system piping sealed to prevent air leakage that could reduce sorting efficiency.

4. Add high-temperature grease to the bearings every 500 hours of operation, and check the belt tension every 1000 hours.
