Working Principle
Materials are fed into the crushing chamber through the feed hopper. Inside the chamber, moving blades (mounted on a high-speed rotating rotor) and fixed blades (fixed to the blade box) form a precise shearing pair. The material is gradually broken down by the cutting impact of the moving blades and the blocking and tearing action of the fixed blades. Fragments that meet the size requirements are discharged through the screen holes at the bottom, while materials that do not meet the size requirements continue to be cut inside the chamber until they pass through the screen.
