1. Basic Installation Accuracy Control: The horizontal and longitudinal levelness of the machine body should be controlled within 0.2/1000. The parallelism of the dual-axis cutter shafts should not exceed 0.2/1000. The coaxiality of the main shaft and reducer should be ≤0.1mm, preventing vibrations caused by operational misalignment at the source.
2. Component Tightening and Calibration: All connecting bolts should be tightened diagonally to standard torque and equipped with anti-loosening devices. The blade clearance should be calibrated in advance to ensure that the clearance deviation between the two axes is ≤0.1mm, preventing abnormal vibrations caused by uneven force on the cutter assembly.
3. Matching and Debugging Verification: Install vibration-damping rubber pads at the bottom of the equipment. Run the machine continuously under no-load for 2-4 hours to confirm that the bearing temperature rise does not exceed 75℃ and there are no abnormal noises. Then gradually load material for trial operation, starting with 30% of the rated feed rate and loading smoothly.
4. Routine Operation and Maintenance Support: Establish a regular inspection mechanism to promptly check for loose parts and worn blades, ensure standardized and uniform material feeding, avoid mixing in hard impurities, and maintain stable equipment operation in the long term.
