1. Daily Maintenance: After work, clean any residual materials inside and outside the equipment, paying particular attention to clearing the crusher screen and the bottom of the separator screen. 2. Weekly Maintenance: Check the tension of the drive belt; adjust it promptly if it is too loose or too tight. Clean the dust collector of accumulated dust and replenish the bearings with grease to prevent dry grinding noises.

3. Monthly Maintenance: Apply high-temperature lithium-based grease to bearings, drive chains, and other components. Check for air leaks in pneumatic components and air lines, and inspect all parts for wear.
