Scrap cable separating machine is a kind of equipment specially designed for recycling scrap wires and cables. Its working principle is based on physical sorting technology. Through multiple processes such as crushing, screening, and electrostatic separation, the copper core and plastic sheath in the scrap cables can be efficiently separated.

Efficient Separation
The scrap cable separating machine is equipped with a double-shaft crushing and multi-layer screening system, which is highly efficient. The double-shaft crusher rotates at 500 revolutions per minute, and its powerful torque allows it to process 100 kg of scrap cables per minute. The materials are screened in order through multiple layers of screens, which is at least 5 times more efficient than traditional methods.

Durable
The main frame of the scrap cable separating machine is made of Q345 high-strength low-alloy structural steel with a yield strength of 345MPa. The key crushing tool is made of YG8 hard alloy with a hardness of HRA89 - 91 and a wear resistance coefficient of 0.02 - 0.03g/cm³. Under normal use, the tool life is 5 years and the overall life of the equipment is 10 years.

Accurate Separation
The air separator of the scrap cable separating machine uses eddy current separation technology, and there is a guide plate in the optimized air duct to form a stable eddy current field. By precisely controlling the airflow, the separation rate exceeds 99%, ensuring high product purity.

Efficient Dust Removal
The dust collector of the scrap cable separating machine uses pulse bag dust removal technology. The PTFE coated filter material has a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for dust above 0.3μm. It adopts cyclone pre-separation and bag filtration in two stages of dust removal, with good sealing to prevent dust leakage.
