I. Daily Tasks: Cleaning and Inspection
1. Clean Residual Material: After each workday, thoroughly clean the crushing chamber, screen, discharge port, and dust removal system, removing copper granules and plastic dust. Pay special attention to the screen and feed inlet, as material accumulation can easily cause blockages, affecting sorting accuracy.
2. Check Equipment Condition: Check for loose bolts, especially those on the crusher blades and vibrating screen spring connectors.
Check belt tension to prevent slippage or breakage that could lead to power transmission failure.
3. Observe for Abnormal Operation: During operation, pay attention to sound diagnoses: If abnormal noises, severe vibrations, or motor overheating occur, immediately stop the machine and troubleshoot to prevent small problems from escalating into major malfunctions.
II. Weekly/Bi-weekly: Lubrication and Component Maintenance
1. Bearing Lubrication: Every 7–15 days, apply high-temperature lithium-based grease to the main shaft bearings and vibrating screen bearings to reduce friction and wear, and lower operating noise.
Use different types of lubricating oil in summer and winter to prevent high-temperature loss or low-temperature solidification.
2. Screen Cleaning and Inspection: The screen is a core component affecting sorting efficiency. It is recommended to disassemble and clean it every two weeks, checking for damage or blockages to ensure the copper granules meet the required size.
3. Blade Condition Assessment: Observe whether the blade edges are dull. If the crushed particles are uneven or the output efficiency decreases, sharpen or replace them promptly. Generally, sharpen the blades once every 10 tons of wire processed. If the gap becomes too large after multiple sharpenings, replace them.
III. Monthly/Quarterly: In-depth Maintenance and System Debugging
1. Transmission System Maintenance: Check the wear of belts, chains, and motor connections. Adjust the tension or replace aging parts promptly to prevent power loss.
2. Sorting System Calibration: Adjust the airflow speed, vibration frequency, and elevation angle of the air classifier to ensure complete separation of copper and plastic.
If copper granules contain plastic or plastic contains copper, check for blockages in the dust removal duct and malfunction of the magnetic separator.
3. Electrical and Control System Testing: Check if the motor operating current is stable, if the control cabinet wiring is loose, and if the emergency stop button is sensitive and effective to ensure operational safety.
IV. Long-Term Use Precautions:
1. Avoid Overloading: Continuous operation should not exceed 10 hours. When operating on a two-shift basis, the machine should be stopped for 1-2 hours for cooling and maintenance.
2. Standardize Feeding Method: Control the feeding speed evenly to avoid "rushing and rapid feeding," which can cause choking or a sudden increase in current.
3. Maintain Operating Records: Record information such as equipment malfunctions, maintenance time, and replaced parts to facilitate problem tracing and optimized management.
