The scrap cable shredder machine is equipped with a 55 kW high-power motor that can generate a torque of 1000 N m, which can quickly tear thick high-voltage cables or multi-strand winding cables with a diameter of 50 mm, and can process up to 3 tons per hour.
Sturdy And Durable
The scrap cable shredder machine is made of Q345 high-strength alloy steel with a yield strength of 345MPa. The cutter is made of Cr12MoV wear-resistant alloy steel with a chromium content of about 12%. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is 60HRC, the wear resistance coefficient is 0.05cm³/N・m, and it can work continuously for 3000 hours normally.
Fine Crushing
The scrap cable shredder machine's knives are arranged in a staggered pattern, and the shape of the knives is carefully designed to be sawtooth-like, with the spacing precisely controlled at 20 mm, which can accurately crush the scrap cables into uniform particles of about 30 mm.
