2. Dust removal

3. Reasonable selection of gear plate
When selecting a tooth plate, it is necessary to choose a tooth plate with a relatively large number of teeth and a small tooth shape, which is conducive to improving the shredding efficiency and reducing dust generation.
4. The tooth plate should be fixed firmly and reliably
During the operation of the shredder, frequent impact loads will be generated, and the ore and the tooth plates are frequently impacted and squeezed, and the fixed tooth plates and the movable jaw tooth plates are prone to loosening or falling off. Once the tooth plate is loose or falls off, the shredding efficiency of the shredder will be greatly reduced, causing the ore to stay in the shredding chamber for a long time, resulting in repeated friction between the ore and the tooth plate to generate a large amount of dust. Therefore, the tooth plate must be fixed reliably, which also reduces the generation of dust from the source.
5. Replace the blunt tooth plate in time
When the tooth plate is blunted, it will increase the contact area with the ore, consume a lot of shredding power, and also cause a lot of dust, so the blunt tooth plate should be replaced in time.
6. Properly increase the traction speed of the output product of the shredder
Adjusting the subsequent conveying speed of the discharged product can not only make the shredder achieve the best working condition, but also achieve the effect of controlling dust. Therefore, while ensuring the tolerance range and production capacity of the following processes, the traction speed is appropriately increased, and the amount of secondary dust raised is small.
7. Humidification of materials
In order to keep the whole set of dust prevention measures in a relatively stable state and to better control the overall dust concentration, in the actual production process, the raw ore before entering the shredder is humidified, which can effectively reduce the ore in the shredding process.
