1. Power supply inspection
Power supply voltage and frequency: Make sure that the power supply voltage and frequency meet the equipment requirements. Common power supply voltages are 380V, 440V, etc., and the frequency is usually 50Hz or 60Hz.
Power connection: Check whether the power cord and plug are damaged, ensure that the connection is firm, and avoid equipment failure or safety hazards due to poor contact.
2. Motor inspection
Motor appearance: Check whether the motor housing is damaged or deformed, and ensure that the motor is firmly installed.
Motor wiring: Check whether the motor wiring is firm and whether the terminal is loose or corroded.
Motor insulation: Use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor to ensure that the motor insulation performance is good. The insulation resistance should meet the requirements of the equipment manufacturer, usually not less than 1MΩ.

4. Electrical component inspection

7. Cleaning of electrical system

8. Regular testing

9. Maintenance record
Record inspection content: Record the content, time and problems found in each electrical system inspection in detail to facilitate subsequent analysis and management.
