1. Check whether the hammer head in the metal crusher cavity is installed in the correct direction. If the hammer head is installed in the wrong direction, it will cause vibration and abnormal noise during operation of the equipment.

2. The weight of the corresponding hammer heads of the two sets of metal crushers cannot differ too much and should be controlled within 5 grams.

3. If the hammer head is stuck too tightly and the metal crusher is not thrown away when working, it will cause the hammer head to become unbalanced when rotating at high speed. You can manually turn it after stopping the machine to check.

4. The weight of other parts on the metal crusher rotor is unbalanced and needs to be carefully checked and adjusted.

5. Check whether the spindle is deformed and whether the bearings are damaged, and replace problematic parts in time.

6. If the nuts fixed at the four bottom corners of the metal crusher are loose, it will also cause the crusher to vibrate and need to be tightened in time.
