Precautions During The Operation Of Miscellaneous Cable Granulator Machine

1. The miscellaneous wire cable granulator machine must be started without load. If there is an abnormal knocking sound after starting, it should stop running. It may be that the screen is not installed in place. You should open the upper cover and reinstall the screen before starting the machine. After 5 minutes of normal operation, the material can be fed. The feeding speed should be gradually increased until it is fully loaded, and overload should be avoided as much as possible.

2. In the production process, always pay attention to whether the lubrication of each lubrication point is normal, and pay attention to the temperature of the bearing, especially the temperature of the pulverizer bearing is not allowed to exceed 80°C, and the temperature of the eccentric shaft bearing of the specific gravity separation bed must not exceed 60°C.

3. During the operation of the miscellaneous wire cable granulator machine, always pay attention to the miscellaneous wire group stuck in the feed port of the grinder. If it is already stuck, use a 2-meter-long iron hook to hook the wire out to keep the feeding evenly , if the miscellaneous threads block the crushing chamber, stop feeding the thread, and start feeding after the miscellaneous threads in the cavity are crushed; if the miscellaneous threads need to be taken out of the crushing chamber, the machine must be stopped, and then the upper cover must be opened to manually clean out the miscellaneous threads.

4. During the operation of the equipment, attention must be paid to feeding evenly. Miscellaneous wires are not allowed to fill the crushing cavity. It is strictly forbidden to enter the crusher with hands and other utensils during feeding, so as to avoid serious personal accidents and equipment accidents.
