Jul 08, 2024
1. Power off and lock the machine with a tag
Before starting the dismantling, be sure to cut off the power supply and hang a warning sign at the power switch that says "Do not close the switch, someone is working" to prevent accidental power on.
2. Personal protective equipment
Operators should wear safety helmets, protective glasses, earplugs or earmuffs, protective gloves, safety shoes, etc. to protect their bodies from injury.
3. Tool safety
Make sure the tools used are intact and suitable for dismantling work.
Hold and operate the tools correctly to avoid injuries caused by tool slippage or rebound.
4. Prevent parts from falling
During the dismantling and crushing process, pay attention to fix the dismantled parts to prevent them from falling and injuring people suddenly.
5. Dust protection
Crushing may generate a lot of dust, so wear a dust mask to avoid inhaling too much dust.
6. Mechanical protection
Avoid getting close to the moving parts of the running crushing equipment, such as conveyor belts, crushing parts of the crusher, etc. 7. Fire and explosion prevention
Check whether there are flammable and explosive items on site and take corresponding protective measures.
8. Ventilation
Ensure good ventilation in the workplace to prevent the accumulation of harmful gases.
9. Teamwork and communication
When multiple people collaborate, it is necessary to clarify the division of labor, maintain good communication, and avoid misoperation.
10. Emergency rescue preparation
Equip the work site with first aid kits and necessary fire-fighting equipment, and understand the emergency rescue procedures.
11. Follow the operating procedures
Strictly follow the established dismantling and crushing operating procedures, and do not change the process at will.
12. Equipment stability
Ensure that the crushing equipment is installed firmly to prevent tipping or displacement during operation.
13. Safety of high-altitude operations
If there is high-altitude dismantling work, safety belts must be used and a solid working platform must be built.
14. Training and qualifications
Operators should undergo professional training, have the corresponding skills and knowledge, and understand safety precautions.
