1. Pre-Start Preparation

Equipment Inspection:
Check that the motor and transmission device anchor bolts are tight and the grounding wire is intact;
Confirm that there are no foreign objects inside the drum and that the sprayer and screen are unobstructed;
Check that lubrication points are adequately lubricated and that the belt tension is appropriate.

2. Equipment Start-up and Operation

Preheating and Trial Run:
Preheat the nozzles or smelting furnace (e.g., steam preheating for 10 minutes);
Start the granulator under no-load and run it for at least 3 minutes, confirming there are no abnormal noises or vibrations.

Feeding Operation:
Slowly open the feed valve, controlling the feeding speed evenly to avoid overloading;
For copper oxide ore granulation, add water and binder in the correct proportions to maintain appropriate material moisture.

Process Monitoring: Monitor equipment temperature in real time. If the temperature rise exceeds 10℃ or the equipment feels hot to the touch, immediately stop the machine to allow it to cool down.
Observe the pellet forming process and adjust parameters such as water spray volume and rotation speed as needed.
Unauthorized absence from your post is strictly prohibited; monitor the operating status throughout the entire process.

3. Shutdown and Cleaning

Normal Shutdown: Close the feed valve and turn off the motor after the material has been discharged.
Disconnect the power supply and hang a "Do Not Power On" warning sign.

Equipment Cleaning: Use specialized tools to gently remove residual material, avoiding impact or friction.
Regularly clean the nozzles and screens, check bearings and seals, and replace them if necessary.
