Lubrication of the crusher shaft: The crusher shaft, like most machinery, needs lubrication. - Generally, there is a lubricating oil adding port on the bearing box. Since the speed of the crusher is relatively low, lubricating oil is added infrequently.
2. When the air separator is in use, the main maintenance required is the cleaning of the screen. After using it for a period of time, there may be some residual materials on the screen in the air separator. These materials will have a certain impact on screening, so after a period of production, the screen of the air separator needs to be cleaned. The process is also very simple, just remove the air separator screen and use a steel brush to brush the materials down.
3. There are several dust-blocking filters underneath the airflow sorter. These filters are mainly used to prevent dust from entering the equipment and causing damage to the fan. During maintenance, the filter can be removed and brushed with a steel brush. You can also use a vacuum cleaner to clean the filter without removing it.
