1. Routine Maintenance: Routine maintenance is fundamental and mainly includes cleaning the equipment, lubricating key components (such as bearings), and performing routine checks. For bearing lubrication, it is generally recommended to re-add grease after approximately 3000 hours of equipment operation.

2. Periodic Maintenance: Periodic maintenance involves more in-depth inspections and component replacement. Its cycle needs to be adjusted according to actual conditions:

Cutting Tool Inspection: This is a core maintenance point. For common materials, it is recommended to check the wear of the cutting tools every 1-2 months. If the materials being processed are harder (such as thick textiles, metals, etc.), the inspection cycle should be shortened to half a month to one month. During inspection, observe whether the cutting edge has nicks, burrs, or dulling, and check its sharpness.

Hydraulic System Maintenance: It is recommended to clean or replace the oil filter element of the hydraulic system every two months, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced after approximately 1000 hours of cumulative operation.

3. Overhaul Maintenance: Overhaul maintenance involves a comprehensive overhaul of the equipment and replacement of key components, and has a longer cycle. For example, the overhaul cycle for mining machinery is typically 10-15 years. For shredders, an overhaul may be necessary when the equipment experiences severe wear or a significant decrease in efficiency.
